Innovations throughout the country: Involvement & Scaling
The development of innovations depends on the process of involvement in the Kazakhstan’s regional eco-systems. The task is not only to explain about the possibilities and benefits of innovation. It is important to involve all relevant local institutions into innovational growth over the country.
In order to popularize the innovative component in our economy, a preliminary DemoDay of innovative startups was held in Uralsk. It is worth noting the active participation of various institutions representatives, including: representatives of the regional akimat Nurlan Nursultan, head of the Digital Technologies Department; Zhanna Bekkalieva, Deputy head, Department of Entrepreneurship and Industrial and Innovative Development of the West Kazakhstan region; Nurzhan Maksotov, Director of the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs WKO; Rakhimkul Aitmagambetov, IT HUB; Petr Lezhnikov, IT Association.
Startupers has presented their projects and actively participated in the discussion of obtaining grants from QazInnovations, incubation programs and investments.
The aim is to attract the business community and investors to the Demo day on November 30, 2022.
Feedback from QazInnovations grant recipients. Arkady Rubtsov, director of the Glass-Service plant, took a tour of the entire production area and showed high-tech equipment purchased with grant funds. The company’s achievements are a great motivation for start-up entrepreneurs.
The Board Chairman of QazInnovations called on the management of the plant to support and promote initiatives and projects from Qazinnovations among the business community and investors in the West Kazakhstan.
