Sanat Akhanov

He began his career in 1995 as a manager in a commercial bank. He has extensive experience in the banking sector in senior positions, incl. on the position of Deputy Chairman of the Board of BVU RK. Worked as the head of the department of the Financial Control and Public Procurement Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, managing director at Kazakhstan Stock Exchange JSC (KASE), managing director (sales and innovation development) / head of the competence center of the business transformation program (business process reengineering, change management ) in Kazpost JSC.
Has experience in business with projects and patents in USA (USPTO, Baker&McKenzie, U.S., Dallas).
Recently, he worked in senior positions at the State Corporation “Government for Citizens” HAO, at the RSE on the REM “Digital Government Support Center” of the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Education – Kazakh State Academy of Management (specialty “economist”), Kazakh-American Free University (specialty “jurisprudence”).
Additional knowledge: U.S. Agency for International Development (Barents Group LLC, Financial Institutions Analysis); SAP Solution Manager implementation projects (SAP CIS LLC).

Sultanbek Aimakov

Graduated from Karaganda State University. Academician E.A. Buketova, specializing in economics. He began his career in 1999 as a leading auditor at the Agency for the Reorganization and Liquidation of Enterprises, worked in various positions at NPF Kazakhmys CJSC, held senior positions in private organizations, since 2009 worked as a director of the Department of Economics and Finance, Deputy Chairman of the Board of JSC “National Science and Technology Center “Parasat”, worked as Director of the Project Directorate, Deputy Chairman of the Board of JSC “Science Fund”.

Shynassyl Yernazar

Deputy CEO of "National Agency for the Development of Innovations "QazInnovations" JSC

Graduated from University of Wollongong with a degree in finance. In 2018 received a Master’s degree in business administration from KAZGUU University. Since 2019, Member of the Presidential Youth Personnel Reserve. He began his career in 2013 at the Kazakhstan Public-Private Partnership Center JSC, where he worked for 6 years and at different periods held the position of an expert, chief expert, project manager, executive director, and first vice-President of the Front Office. From 2018-to 2019, he worked at Kazpost JSC as the section head for strategy and valuation. From 2020 to 2022 he held the position of director of the financial and economic department at “State Corporation “Government for Citizens”.
